LSHMS’s refund policy applies to students who have officially withdrawn from a course or program. The refund amount will be based on the date of the official withdrawal and the percentage of the course or program completed.

The refund amount for a withdrawn course or programme will be determined as follows:
- Withdrawal before the start of the course or programme: A full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable fees.
- Withdrawal within the first week of the course or program: A 75% refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable fees.
- Withdrawal within the second week of the course or program: A 50% refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable fees.
- Withdrawal after the second week of the course or program: No refund will be issued.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, students must submit a written request to LSHMS’s Registrar’s Office. The request must include the student’s name, the course or program title, the reason for withdrawal, and the date of withdrawal. The refund amount will be calculated based on the date of withdrawal and the percentage of the course or program completed.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested.
